Opportunities to Serve in Youth Ministry
Youth Ministries has opportunities for anyone who has a love for teenagers. There is no meaningless job in Youth Ministries. Students need leaders with differing skills, talents, interests, and personalities. Each role has a purpose and each volunteer function is worth your best effort and sacrifice. Every leader must:
- Know Jesus Christ as Lord and maintain a growing spiritual walk.
- Complete an "application to serve" before being placed in a position.
- Attend training sessions.
- Have a passion to teach biblical truths to students.
- All Sunday School teachers and DG Leaders/Shepherds are required to be members of Midland Free.

PRAY that when a speaker opens their mouth at an X-treeme Night, they would make known the mystery of the Gospel and God would drawn teens to HIMSELF!!! Pray for “Jesus” friendships to be made; where students would invite their friends to come and hear about and trust Jesus as Savior and Lord of their lives.
