Seeking Life Group Leaders for the 2012-2013 ministry year. A short training seminar will be offered in September. Seeking commitments for Life Group Leaders for the first session to begin on September 23, 2012. You can lead and host or possibly someone else is willing to host your group.

Responsibilities:  Facilitate discussion of a Life Group once a week based on discussion questions from Sunday morning.  Some prep time is also important to work through the discussion questions yourself and choose which questions you want to focus on in the group. 

Time commitment per week: about 3 hours

Length of commitment: September to May

Requirements to serve:  Leaders must 1) intentionally following Christ; 2) be a member of Midland Free or be willing to become a member; 3) have already been part of a Life Group. Leaders of mixed-gender groups must be male.
