Stephen Ministers are caring, compassionate people from our congregation who meet for about an hour a week with someone who is going through a difficult time (e.g. grief, job loss, illness, any of the normal challenges in life) and who has requested a Stephen Minister. Stephen Ministers receive excellent training and have on-going support and training which will be beneficial not only as they serve God by caring for others through Stephen Ministry but in all areas of their lives. The beauty of this ministry is that God uses us ordinary people to come alongside others to care for them as He cures them. It is a wonderful thing to see Him in action.
