The First Impressions Team at Midland Evangelical Free Church (Midland Free) consists of Greeters, Welcome Center helpers, Coffee Connections Café volunteers and Parking Lot attendees. Together the First Impressions Team serves to Greet, Direct and Treat visitors and regular attenders every Sunday. The First Impressions Team members consist of individuals, couples and families who have committed to serving on the Team one Sunday of every month. To become part of the First Impressions Team please contact Pastor Gib Giblin (989.631.4411, Ext. 1016 or ggiblin@mefchurch.org) or come to the Welcome Center and place you name and contact info on the sign-in sheet.

The Coffee Connections Café volunteer has one main purpose: to help connect guests and regular attenders into deeper relationships through Life Groups and other connecting groups at Midland Free.

Individuals or couples who will lead and oversee the greeting teams on a specific Sunday [1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th or 5^th].

The Greeter has one main purpose: to promote genuine warmth and friendliness as we welcome members, regular attenders and guests to our house of worship. The Greeter serves wholeheartedly with a smiling face, a warm handshake and an eagerness to serve others. 

Individuals who will call and email second-time visitors to help connect them with Life Groups, Small Churches, Equipping You classes or serving.

Pastoral Team meetings are on Mondays at noon and Elder Board meetings are twice a month on Monday evenings. We can add your name to a distribution list for providing meals.
