Women’s Ministries Administrative Assistants
This role involves helping with administrative details for various Women’s Ministries events on an as-needed basis. Copying, cutting, stuffing, sorting, etc.
Women’s Ministries Photographers
This role involves photographing Women’s Ministries events on an as-needed basis throughout the year. An experienced photographer who owns their own digital camera is preferred, but not required. The Women’s Ministries Director or event coordinator will notify photographers of events with plenty of lead time to ensure availability.
Women’s Ministries Prayer Team Coordinator
This role involves coordinating and attending the bi-monthly Women’s Ministries Prayer Team meetings. Duties include: Contacting the Women’s Ministries Leadership Team for specific prayer requests prior to the meeting date, creating a prayer sheet (template available) that includes scripture verses and prayer requests submitted, printing enough copies of the prayer sheet for the entire Prayer Team, attending the Prayer meetings on a regular basis, and following up on any prayer items between meetings. Due to the personal and confidential nature of this role, interviews will be conducted with the Women’s Ministries Director and Women’s Ministries Prayer Team for anyone interested in serving in this capacity.
Retreat Committee Members
This role involves helping the Retreat Coordinator plan and execute the annual retreat. Specific duties and responsibilities will be determined by the Retreat Coordinator and Committee members as needed.

Men's Ministries Leader
Lead implementation of strategic and operational goals to grow men’s spiritual leadership in the home, at work, and in the world.
Men's Ministries Team Members
To discover and help Leader to implement strategic and operational goals to grow men’s spiritual leadership in the home, at work, and in the world. Men’s Ministry team members would work to meet the spiritual growth requirements that are unique to men at Midland Free. Key contributions include defining priority initiatives, planning, recruiting and equipping laborers from the congregation, and monitoring results.
