Please complete the Room Clean-Up Checklist after the event. This checklist must be completed, signed and returned to mailbox 488.

Each group is responsible to set up its own chairs, tables, etc.
Each group is responsible for returning all chairs, tables, equipment, etc. to its original place.
Rooms need to be returned to the state in which they are found. This includes removal of trash and food from the room(s) used. See Room Clean-up Checklist.
Saturday Events end no later than 8:00 pm. Room needs to be reset for Sunday morning.
