Make - People who do not know Jesus Christ hear the Gospel and are added to the Church.

Mature - Believers grow in their love for God and others, and in their understanding of the biblical Christian faith.

Multiply - Believers demonstrate a deeper love for God and others and live in obedience to Jesus’ Kingdom priorities of multiplication, compassion for the poor, and spreading the Gospel to the ends of the Earth.

Spiritual growth in the life of a follower of Jesus is not a checklist or a straight line. It is not a process where you should compare yourself to others, become discouraged or judge yourself harshly. Each person has his/her own path on the spiritual growth continuum. Sometimes it seems as if you take a few steps forward and then a few steps back. You may be taking early steps in your spiritual growth, be further along in other areas, or even stalled. Regardless of where you are, there is always room to grow! From beginning to end, it’s by God’s grace and through the power of the Holy Spirit that true transformation takes place.

We invite you to read through this spiritual growth continuum, identify where you are, and take steps to move forward as the Holy Spirit leads. Midland Free has resources and people available to help you with your spiritual growth.
