J.A.M. Mission Statement
We welcome all students with the goal of mobilizing disciples for God’s glory.
Jesus and Me
J.A.M. stands for Jesus And Me because students learn to develop a close, personal relationship with Jesus through our J.A.M. programs.
As they talked and discussed these things with each other, Jesus himself came up and walked along with them. Luke 24:15
Goal
The goal of J.A.M. student ministries is to build disciples in 6th through 8th grade students so they can love and serve the Lord with all of their heart, mind and strength not only during their school years but also throughout their lives.
Middle school students are offered a variety of opportunities to grow in their relationship with Christ through participation in a high energy youth group, mission trips, small groups, Sunday school instruction, and special, just-for-fun activities. Come on out and check out the great times at one of our youth events soon!
Youth Outreach
Throughout the year, but mostly in the summer months, God has raised up a number of students to travel to many different parts of the world to experience short-term missions.
Discipleship Groups
Beginning in seventh grade, students can participate in Discipleship Groups (D.G.s) in order to grow further in their relationship with Christ. These small groups meet once a week with adult leaders for Bible study, prayer, accountability, service projects, training, and fellowship.
