Midland Free is offering a seven-week premarital class designed to provide singles, dating couples, and engaged couples with a study of God’s design for a biblical marriage. This class will coordinate a series of floor exercises to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and concentration. Over the 7-week session you will build upon an ordered series of exercises that will work the entire body from head to toe and experience the benefits of a Pilates workout.
