At times we need help in a physical form. We help members and regular attendees with needs. This help may involve finances, financial counseling, home and car repair, and many other areas.
Purpose
To facilitate care for the people in need withnin our congregation (Acts 6:2-4).
Key Values
- It is the responsibility of the church to care for the physical needs of the poor and other needy situations in the body (James 1:27, 1 John 3:17-18, Acts 6:2, James 2:15-16).
- We will address the root causes, not enable those causes to continue - expecting involvement with and calling on resources available within the family unit, the church body, and the community (1 Tim 5:8, 2 Thes 3:10-12).
