Biblical Counseling
june 18-august 13
sundays, 9:00 am, Room 309

As followers of Our Lord Jesus Christ, we are inseparably joined to one another. Our welfare and our wisdom are connected to the welfare and wisdom of others in the body of Christ. We have an important role to play, both in giving and receiving help. The ministry of one-on-one conversations is part of God’s vision for maturing his people. Ephesians 4 shows how God calls us and every believer to do our part by speaking helpful, constructive words.

This summer we will begin offering classes on Biblical Counseling. We think of biblical counseling as wise conversations in which we join the daily struggles of life with the many words and promises of God that are fulfilled in Jesus Christ.

These classes are for everyone to develop our capacity for relationships that honor God and actually help and encourage others. In class we will watch videos, have discussions, ground ourselves in Scriptural concepts, review books and learn new skills.

We will encourage you to grow in your love for God, for other believers and for the lost.

Parents your children are welcome (Children's classes are not available). Please bring whatever they need to make class an enjoyable experience for all.
